Share the musical ride with me as I sing my way through 2021!

I began my recording project at the end of 2019 going into 2020. Oh the promise of a new decade. Remember that feeling? Recording song, after song I wondered if a full CD was the way to go?

Most musical artists like to produce a full body of work, like a CD. This allows them to explore a style of music during a time in their creative life. It might be a theme concept or working with certain musicians. The motivation to express and share a vision – a point of view. Where they are in that moment of their creative learning and achievements. It’s like writing a book start to finish.

I too enjoy the creative process within a body of work. It’s a snapshot of a time and place. No one gets into a creative line of work because of a desire to make money. Especially music or acting. You do it because you have to, and you love it. It’s the fulfillment that is a driving force.

The industry has changed for artists. Downloads and internet platforms have made us all rethink how we share our work. And Covid has changed everything quickly. For me, I’ve decided to release singles over the coming months. It’s all a leap of faith. And I hope you will come along for the musical ride and share this journey with me!
